Located on a hill to the west of Middletown, Virginia in the Shendandoah Valley is the cemetery where Joseph Larrick and his wife are buried.  Joseph was the father of Martha Larrick who married Charles William Conley, son of Thomas Young Conley, the immigrant.  Also in the family plot is Martha's brother, James Larrick, who was one of the VMI cadets at the battle of New Market during the Civil War.
